This programme combines the two essential ingredients for success. Firstly, the proven Tiny Habits methodology, developed by Professor BJ Fogg at Stamford University, which has helped thousands of people create lasting habit change. And secondly the nutritional knowledge and support from a leading specialist from the London Clinic of Nutrition. Together they provide a simple and effective pathway to reducing your sugar consumption.
Will this Programme be very time consuming?
The focus of this programme is to make Tiny Habit changes and modifications, so the impact on your time day to day is minimal. The initial video coaching sessions can be watched in a single session and the associated exercises can be completed within a couple of hours. You can watch any of the video content at any time you wish during the Programme. Additionally, you can choose to invest as much time as you wish, engaging with our Community and our Habit and Nutrition Experts.
Do I need to attend any Live sessions?
No, there's no need to make time for live sessions. All the core training and coaching videos are available on-demand and can be accessed and watched at any time during the 28-Day Programme. We may run live sessions in the Private Facebook Group, but again these can be accessed at any time.
Is this a single payment or subscription?
This is a single, one-time payment for access to the Programme. At the end of the 28-Days you will have the opportunity to continue for the following month (at a discounted price) and access new content from our Experts, together with additional resources and support. However there is no obligation to continue with the programme.
How long will I have access to everything?
You will have full access to all the content, resources and support for the duration of the Programme. The programme is live, so all content will be available during the 28-Days, after which it will be closed off.
